We are holding a public meeting for supporters and people interested in a human-rights-based approach to mental health.

At the meeting we will be talking about CCHR’s latest exhibition held in Whanganui and the plans to hold more events in other centres.

Plus we will be discussing the latest mental health report and the ongoing forced treatments using electroshocks (ECT), restraint, seclusion and psychiatric drugs. 

On display will be the new exhibition panels that show some of the abuses of human rights in mental health around Aotearoa New Zealand.
